Insurance, Maritime and Transport, and International Trade disputes. Regularly advises international and local insurers on legal issues arising from various classes of insurance, including marine insurance, trade credit, product liability, professional indemnity, CAR and CGL policies. Extensive experience dealing with cargo claims, charterparty disputes, maritime fraud, and shipboard accidents. Advises clients on air cargo, crew’s and passengers’ claims. For international trade disputes, represented various international clients in sale and purchase, and letter of credit disputes.

He is a Committee Member of the Maritime Law Association of Singapore, and the Singapore Shipping Association Legal Committee. He is an Associate Member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, and an Adjudicator for Structured Products, the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC). He is a regular speaker at various international and local conferences.
