The Oriental Baltic [2011] SGHC 75

A plaintiff who does not commence in rem proceedings against a vessel before the liquidation of the defendant shipowner-company will not be granted leave to continue with its action against the defendant, notwithstanding the fact that he has earlier filed a caveat against release of the same vessel.
